No Legal Advice
The information contained on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice or a legal opinion on any specific facts or circumstances. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any content included on this website without seeking appropriate legal or other professional advice from an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
No Attorney–Client Relationship
Your use of this website, including any submission of information through this website or by email, does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and The Bradley Law Firm or any of its attorneys. An attorney–client relationship is formed only if and when you and the Firm sign a written engagement agreement confirming that we represent you in a specific matter and after we have completed our conflict-of-interest procedures.
Do not provide us with any confidential, sensitive, or time‑sensitive information about any matter unless and until an attorney–client relationship has been established through a written engagement agreement and we have agreed to an appropriate means of communication with you.
Confidentiality and Conflicts
If you submit information to us by email or otherwise through this website in connection with a matter for which we do not presently represent you, you acknowledge and agree that such information will not be treated as confidential or privileged, and you consent to our sharing it with other law firms or professionals as necessary to evaluate a potential engagement.
You further acknowledge and agree that your submission of information to us, and our review of that information, will not prevent any lawyer at The Bradley Law Firm from representing another client in any matter, including one directly adverse to you, where that information is relevant. We reserve the right to decline any representation, and we may be required to decline representation if doing so would create a conflict of interest with our existing or former clients.

The content of this website contains general information and may not reflect the most current legal developments, verdicts, settlements, or other information. We expressly disclaim all liability in respect of actions taken or not taken based on any or all of the contents of this website.
This website and all content, materials, information, software, products, and services provided on this website are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non‑infringement.
No Guarantees of Results
Descriptions of past matters handled, case results, testimonials, or endorsements on this website are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of any other matter, including any matter in which we may represent you.
Jurisdictions; Unauthorized Practice
We do not wish to represent anyone seeking representation based upon viewing this website in a state or jurisdiction where this website does not comply with all laws and ethical rules of that state or jurisdiction, or where our attorneys are not licensed to practice. The Firm’s attorneys are licensed only in those jurisdictions listed in their individual biographies, and we do not seek to practice law in any jurisdiction where we are not properly licensed or where this website would not comply with applicable rules.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Bradley Law Firm and its attorneys, employees, and agents disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from, or in any way related to, your use of this website or any information contained on this website. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with this website or its content is to stop using this website.

Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in the State of Missouri, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. If any unlawful or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed deleted, and the remainder of the provision will continue in effect.
